Recruitment Process

STEP01 Resume Submission

Feel free to visit the 104 Recruitment Platform to check Lincotec related job vacancy information. Once the company receives your resume, a resume screening and matching review will be conducted.

STEP02 Interview Notification

After the resume matching process, if there are suitable candidates for the job vacancy, an interview notification will be sent.

STEP03 Initial Interview

Before the interview, HR will gather relevant information and conduct necessary professional tests based on the requirements of different positions. Subsequently, an interview will be scheduled with HR and the department supervisor.

STEP04 Second Interview

Depending on the nature of the job vacancy, some applicants who pass the first-stage interview may be scheduled for a second interview with senior executives.

STEP05 Employment Offer

After the interview process is complete, details regarding salary and start date will be confirmed with the candidate. The official offer of employment will be communicated via phone call, and the company appointment letter and onboarding instructions will be sent through email.

STEP06 Onboarding

Before the new employee starts, please prepare complete onboarding information as per the instructions and undergo any required medical examinations. Make sure to have all relevant documents ready before the onboarding date.
