Our products are used in B5G smartphones, wearable devices (Watch, TWS headset, AR/VR wearable devices), Internet of Things (IoT), and Vehicle to X (V2X).
Green Technology and Intelligent Life
In 2021, we expanded our investment in the OEM business, focusing on the development of heat dissipation substrates for semiconductor material applications, developing thin film heat dissipation substrate processes by using semiconductor process technology, and replace the existing domestic wet process with an environment-friendly dry process, leading the upgrade and development of domestic industrial technologies, and complying with the government policy on "Net Zero Carbon Emission in 2050" to realize the enterprise's goal of "environmental protection, green energy, zero emission" and "reduce secondary pollution".
